V&A Photography Centre
By hook or by crook - and some people from the National Media Museum in Bradford are mighty pissed about this - the V&A have acquired a lot of photos. The V&A Photography Centre is where they will be shown - the best selects of some 800,000 photographs and related objects. Free to enter, this will display rotating shows alongside a permanent collection that will trace the history of snapping: from the daguerreotype to the digital with pioneers such as William Henry Fox Talbot and Frederick Scott Archer featuring. If you dig photography, this centre is somewhere to visit.
