Why so trashy you wonder? This lot are getting all sustainable on our arses and focusing on the little fishies that are usually thrown away or used in pet food. We had a real refreshing charred cuttlefish with kohlrabi and coriander dressing and white bait with panzanella (bread and tomato salad). There's some stranger combinations in there too, like the kipper carbonara which is freshened up with peas, rocket and chilli. Trawler Trash seems to be going for the exposed brick walls and brass finishings look. With an open kitchen and a mini cocktail bar at the back it's a pretty nice nice place to sit. If you're looking to wine and dine someone this is the spot (grab a bottle and your glass will be topped up as soon as you finish it).
