The Alberts Deli
There's something about the neighbourhood deli that just warms our cold hard heart right up. The owner of Albert's Deli, Cathy Sue, spotted a disused space with a convenient Parisian art nouveau shop front and saw what it could become: a place where locals would meet for a chinwag/bitch, a lazy brunch or to fill their baskets up with excellent produce. And lo and behold that's what it's become. There's a decent breakfast and brunch menu featuring some very popular sausage rolls, eggs benedict and the like; meanwhile the deli is dishing up quiches, fritatas and sandwiches alongside expensive chutneys and various other bits and bobs. Grab a seat out front and chill - you're in Richmond, baby.
