The guys behind Knightsbridge hotspot Chisou are back, with a rather more contemporary approach to sushi this time. Looking to France and Italy, two gastronomic powerhouses for inspiration, their dishes are the perfect example of eclecticism gone perfectly mad. Think blow-torched fois gras on a bed of butterfly carpaccio, or tuna parmesan roll and you'll start to get the picture. Sounds a bit off yes, but when it isn't delicious - and usually it is delicious - then at least it's interesting. Sit at the bar with a date and watch your food cook on the fire, or talk to each other if you're feeling extra romantic.
