Söderberg is a picture perfect export from Sweden via Edinburgh (they've got three bakeries there already). Their first London spot is a cutesy cafe and bar dishing out beautiful bakes, open sarnies, rye bread and brunch in Scandinavian-inspired surrounds. Head downstairs and you'll find a charming 60s-style lounge, with lots of those coveted Scandi bits: low seating, patterned wallpaper and general cutesy cosiness. Eating here is a calming and homely affair. Lunch is seen to with 'smörgås' - slices of sourdough piled with smoked salmon and caviar or brie and fig; brunch is seen to with smoked salmon, avocado, crispy kale and a dill, lemon and crème fraîche sauce; and drinks? Flat whites or cocktails depending on your mood. Whatever you do, don't leave without trying one of their delectable buns which come in all manner of heady flavours.
