You would be forgiven for thinking London had reached saturation point for BBQ joints but somehow they just keep coming. Luckily Olle brings a little summin' new to the table with some fairly impressive tech, top quality meats and juicy Korean flavours. Domed hot plates are built into the table, searingly hot in the middle and warm at the edges - so meats can be cooked to perfection up top (by you or your waiter) and then kept warm down the side. Grab a slice of sizzling marinated pork belly, dip in the sesame oil with salt, wrap it in a lettuce leaf and pop it in that big mouth of yours. You'll also see seafood, wagyu beef and more traditional Korean dishes like pancakes with kimchi, some incred spicy fried wings, dumplings, and clay pot rice dishes. Upstairs is where it's at, with big glass windows, teal walls and suave retro lighting. Tabletops are slick marble, service is friendly and the brass chopsticks are sexy as hell. We knocked back a glass or two of vino while lapping up this fancier side of Chinatown.
