Having had a bit of success with their semi-permanent thing down at Maltby Street, the Jewish-soul maestros Monty's have found a permanent residing spot on Hoxton Street. They're serving up their famous homemade pastrami and salt beef bagels and sandwiches (they're one of the only places in the UK to make theirs from scratch) that have made them such a big hit. These immense towers of flavoursome meats with accompanying sauerkraut, mustards and pickles, come in pretty steep at around the £15 mark when you add a side or two. But they make everything in house and it's a super tasty and filling bite so we'd say just about worth the outlay. They're also dishing out breakfast and dinner, along with a drinks list if you fancy having a few strong ones with your grub.
