Joe Allen and Aaron Thomas had big pop-up dreams. After a stint on the London circuit they made it onto BBC’s Million Pound Menu and now they're in Hush, Mayfair for three long, swanky months. Sit under chandeliers amongst plush cream seating and crisp white tablecloths and feast on high-end Nepalese-inspired bites. Yep, it's a seriously posh-looking spot - verging on intimidating - but the food sure is worth the faff. Nepalese and British fusion comes in the form of delicate snack-ettes like onion pakora, with mint and caviar; followed by banana-leaf-grilled salmon with ginger and Himalayan herbs, bone marrow saag paneer, and other such luxuries. Wash down with cardamom negronis and kumquat martinis and don't look at your bill till the very, very end.
