This means lots of what they've billed as 'curious Asian plates' - tacos filled with miso-grilled black cod; or a smoked salmon pizza? Let's just say they're not afraid to get freaky. Grab a stool for easy viewing of the open kitchen or sit in the restaurant proper. Either way make sure you pay those yeast-based, fermentation-heavy cocktails a visit.
