This swankily dressed up resto is all blue leather, gold and shiny tiles. Well if you're paying this much you want a little spectacle with your crustacean, especially when it's red king crab - the sweetest, juiciest of them all (and only caught once a year). And how might you eat the big guy? All manner of ways, including grilled over ice with dipping sauces, in tempura, in crab cakes, in salad, in soup or even in a Singapore chilli. You could also catch some oysters, a steak, and the odd vegetable but don't forget who you came for. If you're not too bothered about the armoured side walkers then you may wanna steer clear of this one.
