ETHOS is the ultimate yoga fitness hybrid experience run by a bunch of fitness alchemists; divisors of new methods, mixing up unique mind/body workout combinations to achieve deep transformation at all levels. Other classes include HITT, spin and barre. And if you want to kick things off at ETHOS properly, you can always visit their Fit Lab to test out just what preferred diet and training plan your body requires. What we love most about ETHOS is the fact that they don't take exercising too seriously - their on-site bar will explain just what we mean. After a hardcore sesh, go hit up their cocktail bar for bespoke botanical and medicinal cocktails.
