It always warms our cold, hard hearts to hear a pub being saved from developer destruction by the community, and Antwerp Arms is the product of one such feel-good tale. In 2013, 360 locals got together to fight the good fight, and it's been going from strength to strength ever since - the beating heart of this part of town. Overlooking the green Bruce Castle Park, this Georgian pub has been serving the people the hoppy stuff since 1822 and is Tottenham's oldest established pub. Community really is key here - alongside numerous events (music, karaoke and quiz nights), they also serve unprivileged and homeless people a free lunch every couple of weeks. It also gets live-o before Spurs games.
