This major show examines the positive and negative influence the built environment has on our physical and mental health.

As ever with the Wellcome Collection, they go in deep with the research. It’s a fresh take on what a building is capable of, featuring art works alongside installations and design.

There are plenty of fit and flexible sorts knocking around London Fields and this place might be the reason why. Run by Sapan, this gym and fitness studio hidden away beneath the arches on Mentmore Terrace put on plenty of classes. We're talking spin cycling, weekend boot camps, vinyasa yoga, pilates and a menacing-sounding warriors circuit.

No joining fee or costly memberships - drop in and take part in a class which are normally between £5-10.

Have you been craving legit health recently? Because this vegan spot might have all the answers. It seems like everything is carefully curated with your cell regeneration in mind, all the way down to the cold pressed juices and nut milks. Try the 'Intense Orange' with carrot, apple, ginger, lemon and turmeric for a small-scale attempt at a juice cleanse; raw pancakes with candied walnuts and coconut cream for a comforting brunch; or a raw pad thai with kelp noodles, marinated kale, tamarind, almonds and lime.
