Argentinian Supper Club
Two chefs, both called Diego, are popping up at Percy & Founders to cobble together a five course Argentinian tasting menu. Diego Cardoso of Murano restaurant and Diego Jacquet of Zoilo will take it in turns to create each course. Their self proclaimed 'simple and honest cooking' involves some pretty sexy-sounding dishes – including a surprise starter, an asado steak with morels, oats and bone marrow and a blood orange and meringue pie. Yes please Diegos! The price includes a pisco sour on arrival, or you can really vamp it up with the natural wine pairing for an extra £40.
