Tessellate with DJ Sprinkles
As one of electronic music's most inimitable and diverse characters, DJ Sprinkles returns to London to give your January blues a real kicking with a Tessellate takeover at Corsica Studios. Joined by techno don Tasker and an all night set from a very 'Special Guest' - we've been promised they're not one to miss - don't waste what little money you have this month on gym memberships that you'll never use, head here for a proper workout instead.

Robert Henke: Lumiere III
Get to know Robert Henke. Best known as one half of the minimal techno duo Monolake, the Berlin-based 'computer music' artist is one of the most progressive names working in the field of digital arts. His glitchy, hypnotic works are made from computer-generated sound and images, which he then re-arranges and modulates based on mathematical principles and controlled random operations. At this performance, he'll be premiering the third edition of his Lumière project, in which electronic soundscapes are punctuated by lasers to create an immersive audiovisual experience. The first performance of the show will be opened by electronic composer Tristan Perich, and it is currently sold out. The second performance still has tickets going, so get on it.
Room For Rebellion
The Eighth Amendment to the Constitution of Ireland is a shitty, shitty amendment that effectively outlaws abortion in the country by giving explicit recognition to the life of an unborn child. This is shitty because it denies Irish women the right to autonomy over their own bodies, about 12 of whom travel to Great Britain every day to seek safe abortions. This night is a fundraiser in support of Repeal the 8th, an Irish coalition campaign of over 75 organisations working together to raise awareness of the urgent need to repeal the 8th amendment. Expect techno, dub, ambient, house, jazz, and electro from the diverse line up of DJs.
