Nightmarish Comedy About Trump • Play

Add to collection

This is not, we repeat, not a live-screening of Channel 4's newly rebooted reality show. Instead, it's a nightmarish comedy about a figure who still seems to be from some kind of strange nightmare we'll one day wake up from - Donald Trump. American playwright Anne Washburn - the brains behind zeitgeist adaptations Mr Burns and The Twilight Zone - takes aim at the 45th President of the United States in her characteristically strange, surreal manner. Set in a lamplit farmhouse soundtracked by violin music in the snowy mountains of America, this is an unnerving and sinister setting for dinner with Trump.
