London's certainly gone pretty photo-exhibition crazy as of late, and now Peckham is getting in on the act with a short-lived photography festival that works as a nice little juxtaposition to the expensive, glitzy shows at the fancier ends of town. The idea behind Peckham 24 is to show the work of artists working day-to-day in the area, uniting a network of local Peckham artists, galleries and curators. The result: nice visuals from excellent contemporary photographers. There's stuff on at Copeland Gallery, Bussey Building, AMP Gallery, Hannah Barry Gallery and Safehouse 1.
