Nutshell Pop Up
Catch it while you still can, Ex-Noma chef Leonardo Pereira (babe) is partnering up with Mohammad Paknejad and Marwa Alkhalaf for a little teaser of a pop up. Nutshell is previewing its menu here before it opens a restaurant proper in Covvy G in the new year. Expect all sorts of inventive and technically brilliant bites, in small but beautiful portions. Think smoked eel with bitter leaves and almond milk; salt-baked beetroot, sour cherry and fragola grape vinegar; or red partridge with pomegranate and oregano. Tarts will be buttery, flavours will be wintery and wine will be fiiiiiine.
