GABA-analogue: London Contemporary Orchestra & Special Guests
This isn't your gran's immersive classical music installation. The London Contemporary Orchestra are getting down with the kids at ravey warehouse Printworks for a one-night installation of epic proportions, combining classical soundscapes with electronic music and a mind-warping light show. Expect a night of performance from four orchestras simultaneously playing boundary-pushing works alongside electronic samplings. At the heart of the evening is a new piece by experimental composer and turntablist Shiva Feshareki called 'GABA-analogue', described by Feshareki as 'a deconstructed orchestral composition'. Techno don Lee Gamble will also be on hand for a special DJ set.
