Food writer Gizzi Erskine and nutritionist Rose Ferguson have had nothing but filth on their minds for a while. Billed as 'healthy food for hedonists', their ethically produced, nutritionally dense and all veggie goodies are being dolled out in Shoreditch as we speak. You've got the Filth Burger which easily provides you with three of your essential ten a day (wait, what, we thought it was five a day?). It's made from black beans, black quinoa, non-GMO soy mince and umami paste, and comes with crispy fried onions, beetroot ketchup, aioli, lettuce and pickles, all neatly tucked in a beetroot bun. There's a healthy turmeric burger, and sides too; even the strawb and choco shakes are 100% plant based. Pop in for a healthy quickie and you should leave well satisfied.
