Cheese town is still swamping Brixton Rooftop’s South Pole Saloon with a sea of creamy, melted goods. Resident traders Mac to the Future are there - with their new mac ’n’ cheese offering that comes inside a baked camembert - alongside Fancy Funkin Chicken’s cheesy topped chicken wings and The Raclette Brothers' yummy, cheese-smothered potatoes. There's a whole host of classes where you can learn all about the science of stringy cheese, and perhaps more importantly, sit down after scoffing your face with mountains of the stuff. Once you wake from your cheese coma, there will be plenty of dance-floor fillers to bop your plump(er) body to. The end is in sight (14 Jan) so move quick, fromage fans.
